We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
