Please note: Until recently, your new straps were delivered the next day. However, coordinating across multiple warehouses has become more challenging as we now operate in several countries.
To streamline our process, we now ship from a single central warehouse. This means delivery takes a bit longer than you may be used to — but shipping is now completely free. Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation.
We kindly ask that you do not contact us about delivery unless your order has not arrived after 10–12 working days, as occasional delays can occur. This helps ensure our customer service team can respond promptly to urgent matters such as returns or warranty requests.

I did not receive a confirmation email
For those having trouble locating their confirmation email or shipping email:
We would like to reassure you that we will automatically send a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
In addition, an email will be automatically sent containing the Track and Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
